but the funniest thing of all is that he would host that video, as if he wanted people to see it. if that were me, i would use it to improve my form, but not for others to see. i suppose he considers that a successful lift, and wanted to share with others.

oh well, would've been funnier if the weight had dropped on him. happened to a guy in my gym. he was doing squats on the Smith machines of all things, just lost his footing and it fell right on him. this other guy and I had to get him outta there. two weeks later I saw him with a cast. hahaha. moron.
