how much YES u guys using?

i'm on wk 2 of trex and yes and lovin it. i use 5-6 sprays before i workout or do cardio. i'm now doing cardio in am and again in pm w/ weights. can i use 5-6 sprays before each workout( twice a day), or is that no good.

you can, and people do. as far as what the point of diminishing returns is (the point where using more is not doing as much)... it really varies between users
 
i use it after my am shower and after my pm shower, do not time it around workouts at all and it is still working very effectivley

Ulter or Macro how effective is this method for others?

use like 3 all together before I workout and my shirt gets soaked in the mid section.. I am curious. I work out and then do cardio... so do I use it right before cardio or before work out?

either is fine, before workout seems more convenient for you. the peak effects will last well through both (unless you are in the gym for more than a couple hours)
 
You know this is one product I just can not see how you could tell if it is working or not. Still have to diet and cardio which will result in weight loss how could you really tell if it was do to that or not? btw I do have a bottle and like the way it feels kind of tingly but seriously unless you put it on one half and that side loss weight or size and the other side didnt I do not know how you would know either way. And thats one experiment I dont want to try. Any guinnea pigs out there that may look lop sided if it works want to experiment??

Yes, it's the same thing as taking an ECA and your supps ed. As far as how much, I do 2 squirts per area 30 min before any workout. I'm still amazed by the effects it had on my face and jawline. Maybe because it's more porous, it absorbs well, I dont know. But the stuff is legit. I got to stock up again, just ran out.

I'm not willing to look lop sided, but I can say this. I have been dieting and doing hard cardio for about 3 weeks. I have been using the "YES" for about 10 days (face, obliques, lower abdomen, and chest) Seeing Significant results on my face and jaw line already, which doesn't usually lean out this fast. My chest is leaning out quickly as well.

As far as my obliques and lower abs.... pretty fatty in these areas so no extreme results so far.
 
thanks for the update. The areas like face and chest will tend to have the first and most apparent response because the even small amounts of fat there tend to a big difference in appearance.
 
in reference to your PM and to answer the ab vs. elsewhere response...

Yohimburn effective in areas of stubborn fat due to oestrogenic influence, to see good effect you need a calorie deficit (except in small areas like face). Stubborn disproportionate fat in Hips, thighs, glutes, chest low back, face, triceps are all usually A2 rich areas. Abs (low and upper), and love handles can be A2 rich or the "stubbornness" may be due to insulin issues. Sometimes its a mixture of both.

stubborn fat due to insulin issues does not respond as well, because the primary causative is impaired sensitivity and insulin over production . Improvement in insulin sensitivity (glucorell, green tea, CARDIO, cutting out hydrogenated oils, cutting out alcohol) is what is needed most.
 
I know I posted this in another thread but I really want ya'll to see the difference.. Most of my friends are completely blown away.. This was just one spray per day in the AM for 2 weeks!!! I'm going to apply it another 2 weeks to my face and really see what happens..

Haha, do ya'll notice the tingling you get in the nipples? haha, it kinda turns me on a little bit.. I like the hot wax and all that kinky stuff..

Cool. I am not doubting. I have a friend trying it she will let me know how it is working for her. She wanted to try it and I decided to go back on a bulker anyway. I will let you know what she says.
 
a lot of you guys are saying you've got a lot of "extra meat" on abs on obliques, how much are you guys putting on them? I dont have much, can already see top 4 abs really well but im looking to get rid of lower ab fat and love handles and i dont wanna over-do how much i put on my abs, my YES arrives on tuesday so im just trying to work out how much to use...cant wait tho super pumped!
 
Mac/utter .. when i used to use other topicals in the past it was always recomended to stop about a week out from a photo shoot due to localized water retention.Should I also stop with the YES? ES is working very well for me on the obliques and I have used all the competitors versions in the past few years once my bf gets below 8%.Seems like a fine product. :)
 
I use 6 pumps per day regardless of whether I am doing cardio or lifting. The results have been great, especially in my face and lower abs.

Macro, how long can you run YES before needing a break?
 
I love Tren It's the only steroid I use. I'm currently 5'8 230lbs 15% bodyfat. Tren is a very powerful steroid. I only use 300mg every five days of tren ethanate. Which is only 50mg per day. and I always grow well from it. I have used this dosage for about 2 years and kept most of my gains. strenth is through the roof. I talk to alot young guys in the gym, who take insane doses of tren and other steroids, but have a hard time keeping there gains. these bone heads have no clue on how to eat properly, and wonder why they are so bloated with water. your salt intake means alot when on a cycle of steroids 1 gram of salt holds 1000mg of water.So if your at Mccdonalds eating 4 big macs and a large order of fries every day because you think you need all those calories, you can kiss alot of your gains goodbye.Because most of it will be water, no matter what kind of PCT you do. You need to eat clean to maxamize keepable gains.

it can be used pretty much indefinitely (until you get where you want), their is no down regulation of effectiveness
 
A topical Yohimbine supplement like YES is a MUST have for me when dieting, especially when getting sub-10%.

I've been in love with topical applications of Yohimbine ever since Duchaine mentioned it years ago.

Yohimburn, or better YES, is the best topical yohimbine supplement i've ever used. I've been big on this stuff since it was first released a few years ago. You have a winner here Macro!

hey mac...so you know im a fighter and i dont hold much fat at all...i can see my top 4 abs really well and the next two ok...so i have a decent 6 pack with the top 4 being the best. I just got on the gluc and sesapure with yes...i am just doing 3 sparys of yes pre work out...is there anything else i should be doing...my diet is pretty clean...I do tons of cardio (wrestling everday) but i really haven't seen the fat come off yet...and its the low ab fat. i am probably at like 10% maybe 11...i dont hold it anywhere else...just there. Anything you could recomend...Mind you i might have just not waited long enough...i have been on the program with these 3 supps for 6 days...when should i see the best results?

it's been about 5 months for me so far along w/ Trex. no sauce since aug. starting up mid feb. i do anywhere from 3-9 pumps/day, maybe 4 or 5 days/week. the shit is good. trex and yes is bangin.
 
Am I the only nuts who use 17 SQUIRTS at once before cardio ???

I do like 2.5 squirts each chest , and then 12 squirts all over love handles , and lower abs ?

well I have dropped 28 pounds of fat while shrinking my waist from 41.5 inches to 34.5 inches . How does it sound ?

MY final goal is 32.5 . I am only 2 inches away .
