you are not going to see much at 30mg for 2 weeks. What kind of side affects are you worried about

The most beneficial winny dosage is 50-100mg ed for 5-6 weeks

Sounds good. Go five to six weeks if you can.

If you're doing a winny only cycle go for it: 50 mg eod for 6 weeks. You should be safe at 50 mg

if your using tabs, do 50mgs a day. absorption will much faster, consequently you'll need more.

if your shooting 50mgs eod will do fine. either way, do more than 30 mgs.
