how much tribulus is ok to take?

Well, I have gotten my diet to about 60% in check. I am definately eating good post workout. Anyway, I have a bottle of ON pure trib. I am taking about 1200 mg a day. Two 625 mg pops split in the morning and post workout. I havent felt anything from it in a while. Should I up the dose? Is it safe to up it to three pops a day? Just throwing some ideas out there guys.

optimum is kinda watered down. Next time try tribesterone or something standardized a lot higher. You'll notice it.
 
I lost my libido for a while a couple years back and used trib to get it back. It worked great and I'm sure it boosted my test production. Had all the indicators - better mood, energy, lost a few pounds. I still take 2250mg a day. The recommended dose for a supp containing over 45% steriodal saponins is 750-1500mg.
 
i think you need to get your diet 100% more than you need to take tribulus. ive never taken it, and dont find the need to. maybe you do though.like NO2 some say it helps, some dont.
 
When I was on a PH cycle in the fall I took one 625mg of Trib and my johnson was at attention all day. This stuff does work, no doubt.

I would throw it in during a AAS cycle if the wood wasn't working - even PCT for it's supposed test production.

Personally, I get a lot out of this supp but some guys feel nothing on it. I find it works best if you cycle it 3-4 weeks on and one week off. At doses over 1000mg a day you should feel the effects in 1-2 weeks. If you don't notice anything then it probably doesn't work for you. NO2 is a hemodilator and trib has been known to do the same but "eatbig" is probably right as far as NO2 doing a better job of that particular effect. Oh - and BTW - there's no proof that a mega dose of it will have an increased effect but there is proof that a diet of 80% Trib (puncture vine) gave sheep liver problems. I'd say don't eat it like salad and you should be fine ;-)
