Well, I have gotten my diet to about 60% in check. I am definately eating good post workout. Anyway, I have a bottle of ON pure trib. I am taking about 1200 mg a day. Two 625 mg pops split in the morning and post workout. I havent felt anything from it in a while. Should I up the dose? Is it safe to up it to three pops a day? Just throwing some ideas out there guys.
