How much to up calories while ON

I've noticed that my maintenance diet is about 19-20 calories / lb body weight. What should I bump that up to while on and wanting to gain 1lb lBM/week? Up protein only, or carbs + protein? Make a diff on vs off?

Right now doing: 300g protein/day, 300g carb, 120g fat. Carbs are almost completely after my workout, and so a lot less carbs on non-workout days.

Right now 182lbs, 7% BF. Starting EQ/Winny cycle soon. EQ 400/wk 1-10, Winny 50/ED wk 8-12. Want to go for +10lbs LBM, keep fat to +2lbs or less.

Something like: 400g protein, 400g carb, 120g fat = 4300 cals - sound good? Calories 23xlb bodyweight?

I weigh a smoking 185 lbs. at 5'9-5'10" bf% 8-8.5. I have a few pics in my gallery you guys can see. My bulking diet is a minimum of 6000 calories a day. But remember I also have a 28-29" waist....

I like to see her bounce around and jingle all over my TV screen, but other than that...And yes my metabolism is SCREAMING, and breaking my bank account too...I spend more money on food than I do on my rent and car payment put together....
