How much to frontload?

My next cycle is rounding up to look like this:

eq/cyp wks. 1-10 600mgs./400mgs
finaprop wks. 1-6 80mgs. ed
winny wks. 6-12 50mgs. ed

How much should I use to frontload the eq/cyp? Is it twice the amount for the first 2 wks? Thanks!
This will be cycle #4. Any other input is welcomed!

twice the amount is usually a good rule of thumb....with your cycle i would definatly double the cyp, but maybe just go to a gram on the EQ

For you frontloaders, what kind of results have you found when doing this method?

Solid.....this will be my first time frontloading and from what I've read, blood levels are supposed to level out quicker, making the gains come a little sooner. Don't know if it actually works but I'm going to give it a try.

hmmm..think I might give it a try, more responses from the gurus of frontloading.

I frontload by doubling the dose for the first two weeks and spread shots out through the week. Last cycle for example was 750mg enth and 800mg EQ(and tren and dbol tossed in to), I doubled the doses for the first 2 weeks. Basically first week I took 3 inj (mon/wed/fri) 2cc of 250mg enth eac and then tues/thurs/sat/sun I did 2cc of 200mg EQ.

Frontloading will definatly cause blood levels to rise faster but once the peak things should be more stable. My sides always occure during the first couple weeks anyway(dry scalp, oily skin etc) and then subside. They were no worse when I frontloaded and I was getting very noticable strength gains by the end of the first week.
