How much time off should I take?

I'm doing sust 250 every 5 days. how many days off should i be taking between each workout of the same muscle group? does soreness have anything to do with it? like is it ok to work the same muscles every other day or e3d if they're still sore as hell?
 
Stop wasting your gear....Do me a favor, take your sust250 pack it in a box. Put my address on it and send it to me, along with a check for 50 Dollars. When you can work out and not be sore 3 days laters ill send it back to you. In the long run ill save you money by not letting you waste your gear.

Seriously, only you can know the answer to that question. If your muscle is to flippen sore to work out, then dont work it out.

My suggestion:
1. Forget there ever was a Anabolic Section to this board.
2. Read the Training Section.
3. Read the Diet Section.
4. Stop the Sust250 e5d. Start PCT. If you have no idea what that is read that section.

Im trying to save you money and hassle in the long run.
 
I hope you listen us! All your 7 post on EF are about gear, you don't even mention your weight, height, and most important your age.
Your diet and training have to be on top, so you can even consider thinking about studying gear and ask about gear, because taking it on those terms it will be nothing but a disapointment.

RADAR and armyman pointed on the right direction take their advice! Sticking a needle with gear is a huge step my friend, oh and sustanon hurts like hell!!!
