I can only find pills that are 10 mgs.
Any help appretiated.

You can keep it easy at 20mg ephedra too. Saves you from splitting pills. 3 times per day every 5 hours. Benadryl or Ketotiphen at night can keep your beta receptors "clean" and it will help you sleep if there is residual EC in your body.
