How much Nolva? Got seriouis BLOAT.

Stomach feels like its going to burst. Will be 3weeks since last inject on fri. I have 2 diff types of Nolva. Ones that came in package that say Kessar and they are 20mg and the other ones ive been taking came in baggy and are the shape of Otegon and say Nolvedex on them and have the letter D stamped in the middle. Im not sure how many mg these are. Ive been taking one a day and was wondering if i need to start taking more. Thanks!

what the fuck were you running? for how long? need more info, your stats. best way to judge the amount of water you are carrying is your face

400/500mg deca sust for 10 weeks. Im 6' 1" 230 and yes im holding water but in my face the puffiness looks like its went down but past few days I can hardly breath and my gut it sticking way out. Who know mayble I just have real bad gas. heh. First cycle just wondering If I should start eating Nolva's like they are candy. Thanks

Some guys run it at 10mg's a day and are fine with that. Most run it at 20mg's and are happy with it. A few need more. If I were you I'd start with the basic 20mg's a day then check the effect and adjust as needed.

20mg/ed is fine, you are not running doses that would require anything more then that
