how much milk thistle on winnie?

just starting my first cycle on winnie, and wondered what is the recomended dossage for milke thistle..thanks

I decided to take 1 dose each time I take in the winny.

therefore only 2 per day, one at night and in the morning.

I am taking 2 grams a day right now to try and get my liver back to normal. I would say between 1000-1500mg/Day is a good dose.

remember this guy is doing a winny only cycle.. and is his first cycle.
