how much junk food can you eat in a sitting?

bear in mind... this is FOR MY SIZE a lot of food.

and i unfortunately eat like this all the time. i don't eat right anymore..

anyway....

i ate a half a container of egg whites for breakfast (ok that's good food)

then i ate a bag of salt and vinegar chips

then i ate a supersized big mac meal

then i ate another bag of chips

then i ate a whopper jr combo

ok that's not a lot... i just scrolled down at everyone's list. anyway, that's a lot for a lil person like me.

See, like I said, you can eat all that food and still look good.

i have a confession too... everyone is going to hate me for this

i haven't lifted in TWO months. and i haven't noticed a signif drop in size... although i weighed less last time i checked.. :confused:

the other day i was convinced my abs had hidden from me... but nope. they're still there.

Answer: All of it.

Cheat day for me: Aww man, that is awfully tough. Let's see - Breakfast - 10 pancakes, 10 slices of bacon, 2 L of OJ, and 2 packs of pop tarts. Wendy's triple with cheese combo, biggie size, with Dr Peppe for lunch. Ben Jerry's Half Baked - entire tub. Dinner - Pizza, large w/ pepperoni.

Mind you, I am partially natural - no steroids (yet), just a bunch of cutting drugs. Mind you the best thing I have done for myself is to get rid of the above said cheat day, and hit the cardio.
 
see, its because your eating! I didn't lift all summer, but I lost size, but I gained it all back in about a month.

Yeah, I'm natural too. That's a good binge there. No reason to give it up if its only a day a week or so. Unless you compete.
