how much is too much nolva?

taking nolva to combat itchy/sore nipples during sust500/wk cycle.

I started taking 60 when it first started.

I've done so for a few days now, I was wondering if I keep taking 60 throughout, can any harm be done???

I don't think you can overdo it, other than wasting money. Decrease the dose weekly until it returns then go back up.

I am fine with 10 mg every other day. Everyone is a bit different, though. The less that you can get by with would be best on your system, probably.

take only as much as you need, ie. 10,20mg ed or eod
