I am currently on my second cycle of test,I came off of my first cycle of test enenthate 500mg a wk for 14 weeks and deca 300mg a wk for 12 wks.I did pct with nolva and hcg for about a month.I stayed off for about another month and started taking 30mg dbol and 250 mg of test en.I took the d bol for 4wks and test for 6 wks.I am currently taking 500 mg of test cyp,I plan to take it for 12 to 14 weeks and do pct.Does this seem like a safe game plan to stick with for the time being till I feel im ready to up the dosage?

The general rule is to take the same amount of time off as you were on. So you should have stayed off for at least 14 weeks before you started again. You are basically bridging. That's something vets usually do, not someone on their second cycle.

Hes not bridging at all. 8 weeks off is far from bridging. Ive done 12 weekers that I was recovered from after 4 weeks, 6 tops. Time on=time off is a safe side rule of thumb. Its used to cover a range of different recovery abilities with time=time off being the safest side of the spectrum (although exceptions exist) I would think 8 weeks off from a 12 week cycle would be fine for 80% of the people out there maybe a little more or less. I know the mods dont advise this because why not be safe, and whats a few more weeks in the grand scheme of things. However, saying he is basically bridging is a bit extreme.

Excellent reply - k to you!

My bad, I missed the part where he stayed off for another month after pct. When I first read it I thought he started right up again after pct.

As a general rule and any mod will tell you.. If you wont to keep your gains then you need to fully recover.. good luck bro...

I always thought you should take equal time off i would not rush back make sure you have recovered and your screen you sound like you are a fellow marine. :chomp: :chomp:
