Okay, time for an old man "in my day" perspective.

D-bol used to be cheap when it legal , then expensive in the 90's. In todays economy -- about $200 for 100 5mgs pills.

Then again, those 5 mg pills seemed a lot stronger than today's 10 mgs pills.
