How much insulin in a test cycle?

however the insulin with tes stack has so many anabolic benifits, i dont think that you will be disapointed regardless.

I did my research on insulin and test combo before i decided to take it....
but got scared yesterday when i felt how dangerous 5 iu could be within a matter of minutes. I will definiely follow your advice Acneman..
The good part
When I incorporated insulin in my test cycle, i could see the gains have increased on a daily basis and i think its mostly lean mass..my waist is going from 30 to less than 29.in past two weeks ...lol..

Some have made statements about 15-20 lbs of muscles in 3 weeks with insulin and test.

I have tried my best to consume more than 3500 cals per day (60 percent protein) but thats my limit..i would puke if i do more than that...

I am planning to use insulin for the next 20 days with test E and then continue with test e only for a month. then PCT with HGH (8 iu per day just to minimize muscle wasting although i am skeptical about HGH will do any good during my PCT.)

what about when he took the Test? if the second time he took the insulin was not on a day when you took the test or mabye was on a day when you took the test the effect of the other drug in you system could have added to the effect of the insulin right?


I am not sure i followed..but this was my schedule.

Test Enan
Day 1 500 mg
Day 4 500mg
Day 14 250 mg
Day 15 4 iu insulin (after light exercise..)
Day 16 4 iu (heavy weights/exercise)
day 17 5 iu.( medium weights/exercise)
Day 18 I am writing this .but will try 5 iu again...this evening..

Pro's recommend to go with test suspension and insulin..
but i will try with what i have got hands on...which is test E and insulin..


I think Insulin IM injections will take immediate effect within 5 minutes or less maybe....i am not gonna try IM until the beginning of the third week. I will go with sub Q ..seems a safer option to me..plus i dont eat fats for 4 hours anyway..so i guess..Sub q should be good enough..

i worry about HGH and IGF but thats for another thread

20 days? is that every day or only post workout?
i would recomend post workout only to remain lean.
you can incoporate insulin into pct to reduce muscle loss but i would recomend dropping dose to half max, post workout only, and severly limit fat intake post insulin intake for 4hrs(with humuog). tes naturally limits bodyfat gain and this would not be the case during pct. its your call of course, but if you watch your diet closely and carefully observe results daily it can seriously maximize your post cycle muscle retention. if you start gainin to much fat, drop it quick.

good idea i would use IM only with humulin R
as far as everythig else on your insulin use, youve got a good plan, inteligently researched.....

Thanks, Acneman. Consuming carbs first right after insulin shot is really worth it. everything was normal.
and i consumed lot of proteins in the next 15 min- 1 hour period..

lol...When it comes to muscles, Insulin is the greatest.

If i grow at this rate, I will do a photo session soon and post it here.

one of the advantages of using insulin is the "satalite cell maturation"
not just making existing muscle cells bigger (which is the normal avenue of muscle growth) but creating new muscle cells that increase your natural potential for muscle size
