How Much HRT Is "Just Right?"

I've experimented with different dosages, starting with the basic 100 mgs a week.

I found...

...when I add an extra 100mgs the difference is staggering! Increases strength, libido and muscle hardness. But after a few weeks, it seems to level off and I feel it's silly to have a double dose if I don't feel any different. So , back down to 100.

Then I've tried adding 200 mgs of Primo . Very nice. But since I'm still producing some natural T, the added Primo actually, LOWERS libido a bit. So...I add an extra 100 mgs of T. WOW. Only problem...B.P. starts getting a little high.

So, in the interest of health, I find 100mgs of T and 100 mgs of Primo is perfect. Very conservative, very mellow, but it puts me in a more anabolic state than mere mortals. And before leg training I use a dose of ZIP , Beastrol and BIG BLAST. That kicks ass.

So how about everybody else. What's your "sweet spot."
 
Well, now that you asked Nelson, I have been taking 75mg test prop Mon morning and 75mg test prop Thurs nite. In Mondays needle I also load only 50mg EQ, so total AAS for my HRT= 200mg a week. Been doing this for almost 2yrs now and I look like I exactly want. It is HRT, muscle sparing. I am very happy with the way I look, actually, somewhat freakish when at the Vegas pool parties I am told, a lot. I stay cut year round cause of my super strict 4 year already diet. Now, I also take 15mcg's a day of IGF-LR3 Mon-Fri. I am all about HRT and maintaning. I must be doing something right, so all my friends say.
 
That sounds nice with the primo in there.What I have been doing and has been working great with my hrt is,For 15 weeks of the year I use 200mgs per week test cyp and then the next 15 I switch to prop 50 mgs eod,and then repeat.My hrt and the cyp is doc approved.My prop is not.I know alot say test is test,but I feel different on both.So to answer your question,for me 200 mgs is my sweet spot.Nice thread Nelson.
