I stay consistent w/Glutamine intake... 20 g a day. 4 times, 5g each serving. I always take it post workout and before going to bed. There has been some talk that glutamine can aid in gh release in your sleep, who knows if it's true but what the hell!

:D

I use 20grams og L-glutamine/day.
Did not feel any difference with Glutamine peptides but peptides are cheaper ....... tastes horses ass but cheaper :)

Sorry but I think Glutamine or its peptides is a big JOKE. I've tried it for so long and it didn't do anything for me. I haven't noticed any difference at all while on and off. Better spend your money on protein, most of them have some amount of Glutamine in them.

I have heard people say that it stopped delayed onset muscle sorenes.

Maybe 15g. It's pretty cheap so if you want to go to 20 it won't hurt.

honestly if you are on a low carb diet or hypocaloric its great. Can help keep GLycogen levels up but if you are on high prot diet, esp milk prot ( cas and or whey) you prob dont need more glut. It has glutamic acid which your body excepts better. But still right when you wake up....before working out and before bed bumps GH lvls....that proven by science. Whether it makes a difference that your judgement hehe.

friend funkmasterflex
would you please explain the last part of your statement regarding gh levels and waking up

thats about to change bro:)

the stuff that most widely available on the market is put under a series of processes that comprimise the integrity of the product, thus the stuff you tried (other glutamine peptides) for lack of a better word were "dead"
