how many tablespoons of flax seed oil would be in a 32 oz. bottle?

Around 62 I would say, correct me if I'm wrong, because I am not totally positive
(16oz bottle usually has 31 servings of 1tbsp)

64 TBSP looks close enough for me. Of course I had to break out the calculator and convert ounces to grams and then grams to tablespoons so I was prob a little out. But near enough.

I have the Flax Seed Oil pills. When should I take it? Before I work out or after?

I had the pills as well and was asking about them on this board. The answer I got from everyone was to lose the pills and go with the oil. Apparently it takes 14 of the pills to equal one tablespoon. Anyhow, if you stay with the pills, take one when you wake up, and at night.

yeah i had the pills too...but after i bought them and then asked about them on this board i found out they were useless unless you're willing to take a ton of them. so i returned them to gnc and i'm gonna get the oil.

exactly what i did smr91481. How often do you take the oil? and have you noticed anything?
