How much EQ?

Eq (boldenone undecoate) uses a very long chain ester (11 carbons) so 2 weeks isn't sufficient to see results. Even if you front load for the first 1 or 2 weeks I wouldn't expect to see any results until week 3-4. Without front loading I would expect results around week 5.

Eq is the only AAS that I will not up or lower my dose on. After quite a bit of trial and error, I found that my best results come from 600mg/week. No more, and no less.

I agree I saw a huge diff. from 400mg-600mg a week. But by the same token I had already taken 400mg.

So I wold deff tell a newbie to start at 400mg a week for atleast 10weeks..

400 mg a week worked great for my first cycle .... save the higher doses for later down the road.
