How much EQ?

I am taking 50mg of winny a day oral. How much EQ should be used a week? A friend stated to use 400mg to 600mg a week and possible when peaking to go to a 1000mg a week. Keeping in mind he is a hardcore juicer and I am a newbie. Where the gear comes from states 200mg-400mg a week of EQ. I am using a 3cc 22g set-up.

If this is your first cycle go with 400-500mg/week.

400mg is plenty.i grew off 400mg with about 10,000 cycles under my belt LOL
