how much ephedrine?

It depends on the person. How many are they 25 or 30/mg? I usually take 1 (25mg) in the moring with 200mg caffine and 1 generic asprin and then 2 before lunch (and workout it gets me pumped) and then 1 around 5pm with 200mg caffine and 1 generic asprin(ECA). It works great for me but The mod wiil know best.

The average person takes 3 doses per day
Each dose contains 25mg of Ephedrine and 200mg of Caffeine and you can take aspirin at 81mg per dose but it's not needed.
I went up to 200mg of Ephedrine per day and 800mg of Caffeine per day along with 20mg of Yohimbine per day during the last couple weeks of contest prep.
I built up a tolerance to these drugs. I was on them for 12 weeks straight. I would never recommend going that high to anyone. If I had started at that dose I probably would have had a heart attack
3 times 25mg should give great results for the first 2 months
