How much dough do you guys n' gals usually allow to enwrap your midsection while you are on a major bulking kick?
Does anyone here just not care, and forget about ever seeing their abs? Powerlifters?
 
Erm, I have not seen my abs for well, 10 years since I had a six pack...that said I am only a 34 inch waist, sometimes a 32 so not too plump there. I'd say I can pinch more than an inch, but not much more...but I don't really have an off season...or an on....so now I think I'm just a fat bastard. Fuck it
 
I've spent most of the past ten years around 130 lbs, and my waist was around 28 - 30 inches. My belly was also very flat.
My bulking efforts are starting to show now, as I reach towards 160, and I am dismayed by the rapid disappearance of my abs. None of my pants fit anymore, either.
It's kind of depressing, but I do want to keep getting bigger.
 
When I got into powerlifting several years back, I got really bulked up, & my waist blew up to a 38-40. I was strong as hell & my arms were bigger than my fiance's waist, but still was too fat!!!

Back down to a 33 now!!!
 
I gained 85lbs on my last bulking cycle.. I ate like you woulndn't believe.. I probably got up to about 28-30% bf... I was fat as hell, but I didnt' care..
 
I have lost about 70lbs so far, but my lbm is higher than is was before my bulking cycle..

All in all, I would say it's not worth it.. I'm currently doing a test/deca/winny/fina/clen cutting cycle, and I love the results so far!!

I have been dieting for nearly 4 months now, and I kinda wish I just ate clean during my bulking cycle instead of splurging on everthing my budget could handle... But I must say, I look better now than I have ever looked before in my life!
