How much does your training split change while ON?

Ok what does your training split look like while on? does it change much or does it mimic your split while your off...post your splits please.
 
i lift 5-6 times a week on
4 times a week off

on i do an extra excercise for chest back and shoulders and then a burnout excercise

for tris and bis i just add another excercise

legs i beat the hell outta either way
 
my training changes in the type of exercises that i do, when im off ill do pyramids, or increase the weight every set( nothing complicated), some super sets also. note some. when im on i do breakdowns/regressions, negatives, and if i have a lagging muscle groups like hamstrings ill exhaust the hams before i start legs(squats etc). thats what makes me grow like a weed, expecially pre exhausting the muscle, i had laging bodyparts before a cycle and after the cycle is done ill have that bodypart on par with the rest of the body.
 
I plan on doing a 7 day split while on. I post it up soon, but I need to get some more info from a guy that I'm talking to that is creating it.
 
No! I have a complete program i use when i'm on!

When i'm off its back to the Basics with a few Change ups!

lol- I dont even bother to really train anymore when I'm not on. once a week pumping sessions is all. I know, thats fucked up. anybody else?

why train that much? I train not more than 3days a week. Sometimes 2days a week only.

Steroids help build muscles faster, no need to train more. Just train like you do as usually and steroids will help to recover faster and will allow to build muscles faster. 7days a week is definitely way too much even for genetically gifted bros
