How much does dentist cost to fixed a chipped tooth

its been like this for 5 years, havent been to dentist in 15 years, mainly because no money or tooth trouble.

Its my big front tooth , chipped like 2 mm on the bottom and makes me stick my tongue in it for some reason.

IF i walk up to a dentist , say look at this and ask how much is what ill likely do, . Ill ask one i play golf , tennis or goes to the gym likely. Its not a bad chip and all distorted looking.

my uncle didnt have insurance and chipped a tooth, i cant recall the exact amount but i thought it was ~1300. but i maybe way off
