since we got a thread about how much you squat wondering what you ladies do on the other majour compounds.

Post up any other impressive numbers you got.

One arm DB row 65's for 8
Military press 95
I am getting very close to pull ups at body weight only assest with 20-30lbs now :)
 
Most anything involving upper body I suck at due to the elbow replacement surgery, but I'm now pushing it to get stronger.

120lbs lat pulldowns for reps of 12

120lb low row

65lb bent over one arm row for reps

35lb db presses

Bench is so sucky though..

GM's for 8sets of 2 200lbs

DL's ME day 290lbs

I think thats about it for me. I'm back to working on my strength now.. I'm seeing my numbers increase to my max numbers and in some instances go above those just not the reps as before.. but i'll get there ;)
 
hmm let's see here, these are my numbers that I'm currently doing, and I'm quite proud of them, all the upper body exercises I'm extremely proud of because at 1 time, I used to hate how weak my upper body was, and it was a struggle for me, but I worked my ass off to add some strength to it.

All these exercises are done for reps

Squats 175lbs
Leg Press 550lbs
Dips with a 25lb plate chained around waist
Decline/Incline DB press 35lbs
lat. pull downs 85lbs
Bicep curl 25lbs
Unassisted chin-ups

well besides what I do for squat (155 lbs)

I think in my case the only impressive weights used are for the lower body...

being my greatest leg press around 390 lbs

other would be... glute machine kick or curl 100 lbs per leg

pull ups I can do bodyweight

however in general I dont carry that much weight for my upper body as you do... may I need to add more (??)

GEEZ...are you girls all trying to bulk? I'm pink weights these days!
 
I've only been seriously working out since March but I still want in :)

These I can do for 5 or more reps:

(My bench is major gaaack, my arms are too long)

Quad extensions: 180 lbs
Trap bar DL: 175 lbs (but next week I'm going to bump it by 5 or 10)
Standing BB Curl: 56 lbs
Lat Pulldown: 140 lbs

I'm up to doing crunches with a 25 lb DB behind my neck, and I can do 35 hanging leg lifts in a row,which was pretty cool.

But I'm most proud of the fact I can do one and a half whole chin ups (close grip with hands facing me).
