1. 100lbs or less-total weenie girl or not
2. 100-200lbs-you've got alot of work to do tiny
3. 200-300lbs-strong by an average guy's standards, "BUT" keep on truckin amigo
4. 300-400lbs-getting pretty solid, how's the waist doing by the way?
5. 400-500lbs-I bet you prefer kacki type pants over jeans by now huh?
6. 500-600lbs-Ahh, I see you like sweatpants now
7. 600-700lbs-Must be tough going to the bathroom, frickin beast
8. 700-800lbs-Bet you could whoop a sumo wrestler by now
9. 800-900lbs-Now you're just getting ridiculously strong, bet you use a bidet
10. +900/+1000lbs-You've reached UBER squatter status, how's it feel to be a bonafied freak?

I can squat a solid 1" below parallel 365-385 belt only right now. Been back in training for a little less than 6 months.

Guess we got a lotta bench wannabes, but not too many serious squatters on this forum. Stork leg wearing fuckers.

I have squatted 315 for 12 deep reps but I have also done 135 for 70 without locking out - rock bottom. I was suprised that I didn't throw up!
 
I've done a completely raw 664 and 800 in full gear a few years ago. I'd like to get some good gear on me, spotters, and give a 1RM another go now that I'm quite a bit stronger.

The number scale is screwed up. If you can squat 300 you are in both #3 and #4, etc. So, depending on interpetation, you could be able to squat 499lbs and be in the same category as someone who can squat 300. Also, assuming you aer in the 200-300 bandwidth, there is a big difference between 200lb - 215lb and the maximum for that category 300lbs.

215 is pretty hot, but 300 would be amazing. :artist:

Oh I see, didn't notice the mistake.

I think my squat is pretty decent, of course it can use some work along with everything else, we are works in progress ;)

But 215 below parallel is pretty good, for a girl who is 5ft and 109lbs, I would think. Oh and that 3sets of 10 btw. I've never checked my max.
