Bros.... I don't know how to ask this question-- but like, the number of times you drop your feces in a day reflect somewhat of your diet?

Like, eating too much = more shit.
Eating too little = no shit for a while?

which is good? 2x a day, 3x or etc?

Enlighten me on this topic bros. thought about it as i sat on my toliet a bit ago.
 
when I awas running KETO I was lucky if I shit 2wich a week it was usually one not that Im off Keto I shilt like every other day
 
depends on what kinds of foods you are eating and the absorbtion of those foods in your body. On keto type diets you can keep yourself 'regular' by consuming a lot of fiber with your meals, they help keep the works moving. Fiber helps in all circumstances whether keto or not but it's really needed for keto type diets.

It`s called BM or bowel movement.

Exactly when on Keto it`s less and fiber helps ALOT. I`m taking psyllium husk now.

When I was bulking and eating TONS of food daily I had up to 3 BM`s a day. Now on Keto it`s every other day. (with fiber)

every other day??

2x a day on any diet.....I guess you could say I'm a pretty regular guy....10am, and 5 or 6 pm......lol

Bro, I really have to ask. If you`re on a calorie restricted diet and are using MOST of your food for EVERYTHING you`re doing during the day, What the hell are you excreting 2X /day?
Do you mean "bulking diet" when you say "diet"?
Please explain because that`s very interesting.
 
i go quite a lot, always tought it was the fibre, when i reduced my carbs the frequency went down

almost makes me think ive got colitis or crohns disease :xeye:

but i never used to be like this so i guess its just loads of food, eating a lot and a powerful gastro colic reflex :)
 
great posts bros lol! but, as for me, I shit probably once every day, that's because i've drastically cut my carbs into half-- but bumped up the protien.

I really do think that the optimum amount of shittin should be about 2x or 3x a day-- it should reflect that you're supplying enough calories, nutrients for your body/muscles as well.

Adding Fiber to any kind of diet is a MUST!

I cannot find any medical/reasearch about human BM of feces or their diet related issues. So, i guess i'll just give up on this topic humph.

even with fiber supplementation, its like once every 2 or 3 days on my ckd. But o boy do I look forward to it :D

Everyday between 6-6:30AM I free up some dead weight before hitting the gym. If I sleep in, I still wake up at 6AM to go then back to bed.
 
I didn't go for 11 days once.... on an almost pure protein (almost no carbs, almost no fat) diet.... but that wasn't healthy.

On CKD, I very rarely go.... can't remember the last time, actually.

But I notice that on my refeed or cheat days when I'm taking in a lot of carbs (even with the high amount of fibre) it just COMES out. Seems like more comes out than what went it.... I'm always amazed.
 
Normal is anything between about once a week upto about 4-5 times a day, so long as you do not experience abdominal pain or blood in your stool then u dont have anything to worry about.

How often you go has nothing todo with the quality of your diet, nutrient wise, stool is everything you DONT absorb, mainly fibre and bacteria.

On a keto diet your eating mainly animal products (no fibre) so most of it is absorbed.

A little fibre goes a long way as soluble fibre absorbs water from within your intestines, get some phylium husks and mix a tablespoon in a glass of water, leave it for a couple of minutes and it congeals.
 
Guess with my fast metabolism, i've been going about 3x a day for the past 10 yrs. Try to eat clean and feel that all my food that i eat is going out of my ass and wasting money. Hope thats not the case. Must be why its so hard for my ass to put on weight ??? Got to 192 lbs over the summer, but since then at 185 lbs.
 
yea i was wondering that also. With all the protein shakes and stuf it was bad, but then i got some papaya extract and its all good. try it u'll luv it and so will ur friends lol
 
crap is a result of the enzyme that is used to digest fat, so the more fat you get, the more crap youre gonna have, although it could be affected by other factors
 
when i was cutting in the spring/summer period! i shit like if i was lucky 2 times every 2 weeks at maximum!!!! now its clock work @ 230 everyday when iget home from school!!
