I was never a good bencher. I stopped doing flat bench about 2 years ago because it hurt my shoulder girdle too much.
I got up to a 300lbs one rep max while weighing about 190lbs but pretty fat.
Now I do only inclines and declines.
Incline Dumbell Press I did 105lbs for 8 reps last week.
