I gained about 25-28 lbs on first cycle... (Sust/Deca/Dbol/PCT) and ended up keeping about 20lbs of it.... 8 weeks long so i was very happy! Had been lifting for about 2 years at the time.... 24years old.

I did my 1st cycle right the 1st time, had all gear in hand plus pct ready at will. gained a solid 16lbs, kept 75% after pct.

i did my first cycle right. Deca, Sustanon and dbol. Went from a hardgaining 138 to a solid 178. Lost 4 pounds during pct. bench went from 175(weak as fuck, but still more than i weighed) to repping 215, maxing at 280.

Finished 195 10%
Oral winny only. Not the greatest. But hey,no complaints.

I did a cycle of d-bol and var: kept ALL gains, especially the strength.

Gained between 15-20 lbs on 3-4 pink d-bols all by them selves in only 5 weeks.....to this day I still hold 10 lbs of it.

put on 21 lbs so far, still one week left on a deca only (250 mg). wanted to start off easy. i m 5'10"

That was over 10 years ago, I did a little deca and a little test.

Weighed about 150 lbs, now weigh about 195 lbs.
