how much deca should i run? help pls?

hi guys, listen im sorry for bothering, the thing is that im starting my first cycle of 250mg test and 300mg deca, now the thing is that i only have 50mg/1ml vials so i ask to those experienced whats the best way to take my 300mg of deca, should i take 1 vial a day for 6 days or can i take more than just 1ml a day? any help would be very very much appreciated, thanks guys...u know im new and just wanna do it right,,
 
Dude... boost the test up to 500 mg/week and take the Deca up to 400 mg/wk. Also, and your probably gonna hear this a million times but........ if you wanna do it right you have to do your RESEARCH my friend !!!!

these guys are correct for SOME people, but not everyone has to run higher test doses than the deca. i dont run test at all with my deca cycle.
i'm curious what brand of deca you have that is 50mg/ml though ??
and yeah you can run up to 3ml (cc's) at one time in some of the larger muscle groups like the quads and the glutes, but as a beginner start with 2cc's every MonWedFri

i got some vet deca about 6 7 years ago that was only 50mg ml.it came in a huge 50ml vial.forgot who it was but it was pritty good shit.
 
I'm on my 6th cycle and currently down too my last two weeks of Deca 400mg a week and SuS 250mg a week, And I've gotten great gains

thank you bro, that's what i needed to know, and yes people tell me to run more tes and more deca but i think itll be enough for me, maybe i'll run a bit of a higher dose, maybe.
