I do a similar workout but I go: 3 on, 1 off. 2 on, 1 off:
Sun - OFF
Mon - Legs
Tue - Chest
Wed - Back
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Arms
45-60 minute workout. 3-4 excercises per body part.
You might try adding more weight and more sets
7 sets of 6-8 reps per excercise. Really beat it to shit.
