How much days should you really take before working out again?

I do a similar workout but I go: 3 on, 1 off. 2 on, 1 off:

Sun - OFF
Mon - Legs
Tue - Chest
Wed - Back
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Arms

45-60 minute workout. 3-4 excercises per body part.
You might try adding more weight and more sets
7 sets of 6-8 reps per excercise. Really beat it to shit.
 
Day 1 Lower Body
Day 2 off
Day 3 Chest/Tries
Day 4 off
Day 5 Back/Bies
Day 6 Shoulders
Day 7 off

Not including warm up sets. minimum 3 exercises 3 sets of 5 reps. Unassisted reps.lol Unnassisted reps seem to be extinct in my gym these days.

I dont allways take day a day off after working a Body part. Depending on how i feel and how fatigued i am. Example if my shoulders were smashed ill take a day and go back in. if my chest wasnt smashed ill go in the next day.

I try to remember my nervous system needs rest also......

Benching every day is insane. id kill myself in a month.
