how much CV do you all do?

i have started up 20mins, four times a week of CV. it aint much but its ok - keep HR about 150bpm and its gotta help with heart, etc.
how much CV do you guys run a week???? :rainbow:
 
10 minute warm up before lifting on the elliptical then 20 minutes after lifting. I come back at night and do another 20 minutes 5 days a week.

I gain weight FAST so I need the cardio to keep the BF down.
 
Depends. Right now I'm averaging between 8 & 10 hrs/week to peel some fat off, and I'm trying to keep my pace up while lifting for CV effect as well. Depending on where I'm at come June, I'll up that to 20hr/week.

The highest I've ever gone was 35hr/week. I'll say one thing: with that amount of cardio, I could eat whatever was in the neighborhood and still lose weight. Oh, and my waking pulse was 32bpm, and bp was 105/55.

Normal, maintenance, I probably get 4 hr/week.
