How much cardio????

I am 5'10 165lbs and 10% body fat. It is all in the gut and I really want it gone!! I am not on any cycle right now, but have a pretty intense mass building workout. How much cardio can I do, to speed up the loss of the love handles, yet still make muscle gains? I havde been doing 30 minutes 4 days a week and I know that it is probably too much.

Make sure your training with weights also, you burn a suprising ammount of calories lifting. What I would do is weight train 3 times per week(pushing muscles, pulling muscles, legs) and then do cardio 3-4 times per week. You should do 35 mins of rather low intensity and keep changing up what machines your using. Make sure your getting enough rest and get your diet in order...once you have all those pieces together you should be seeing improvment in no time.
