how much cardio while on gear?

It depends on what you want to achieve.

If you are doing a cycle for pure mass gain and bulking, then there is no point of cardio as it will hinder gains. Just a warm up cardio for 10-15min before lifting is what you need. If you are trying to get cut and look for good quality gains only and not much after big size then cardio on non-workout days is OK.
