How much cardio on a bulk?

How much cardio do you do on a bulk? I realize that it's kinda counterproductive, but I feel lazy if I don't do any.

I was thinking like 20-30 minutes of HIIIT about twice a week...
 
Its not counterproductive at all, in fact it is probably the opposite.

15-20minutes of HIIT 3-4 times per week is ideal.
 
No point doing it on an empty stomache when bulking is there?

I'd have a small 20 gram protein shake and an apple before if doing it when bulking.
