how much cardio is too much?

Depend on what your goals are. Without getting into the whole controversy on whether or not one should do cardio on an empty stomach...I would favor glycogen & protein replenishment immediately after lifting over trying to squeak in a few extra minutes of cardio post w/o. Try simply doing an extra 20 tacked onto your a.m. cardio.

too much? when you start to vom!t and pass out on the tredmill...jk
its great extra cardio, just don't push yourself too hard or you may be over exurting yourself and hurt your recovery.
