Everybody counts how many grams of protein to eat per meal, some say 30 is enough, others say 70g per meal. Of course this has to do with several things, how many grams of protein your body can absorb each time.
Now, I would like top know how many grams of carbs you eat to each meal, this is during bulk and I know most of you don't actually know how much you eat. I'm trying to bulk Clean and have made some great non fat gains with my diet. This is the way I do it:
Breakfast about 100g slow GI carbs
Carbs
- 60grams from outmeal
- 40g from rye bread
- 10g from apple
-------------
Meal 2
Carbs
- 25g from rye bread
Slow GI
-------------
Post workout
Carbs
- 50g from Dextrosol
- 30g from Masched potatoes
High GI
-------------
Lunch
Carbs
- 75g from Rice
-------------
Meal 5
- 15 from rye bread
Slow GI
-------------
Dinner
As lunch..(75g carbs)
--------------
Meal 7 and 8 only fat + protein
-------------
I eat around 2g protein per lb
And carbs 380g
Fat about 60-70g from fish oil
Any comments? anyone know how many carbs maximum a body could absorb each meal?
