How much carbs do you eat each meal...?

Everybody counts how many grams of protein to eat per meal, some say 30 is enough, others say 70g per meal. Of course this has to do with several things, how many grams of protein your body can absorb each time.
Now, I would like top know how many grams of carbs you eat to each meal, this is during bulk and I know most of you don't actually know how much you eat. I'm trying to bulk Clean and have made some great non fat gains with my diet. This is the way I do it:
Breakfast about 100g slow GI carbs
Carbs
- 60grams from outmeal
- 40g from rye bread
- 10g from apple
-------------
Meal 2
Carbs
- 25g from rye bread
Slow GI
-------------
Post workout
Carbs
- 50g from Dextrosol
- 30g from Masched potatoes
High GI
-------------
Lunch
Carbs
- 75g from Rice

-------------
Meal 5
- 15 from rye bread
Slow GI
-------------
Dinner
As lunch..(75g carbs)
--------------

Meal 7 and 8 only fat + protein
-------------
I eat around 2g protein per lb
And carbs 380g
Fat about 60-70g from fish oil

Any comments? anyone know how many carbs maximum a body could absorb each meal?

I average 85g per meal, however my last meal consists of only 30g. My postworkout meal is 120g. At all times except for the post workout meal my carbs are all low GI meaning less than 55 using a glucose control GI index. In total I eat 655g per day spread over 8 meals.

There is no maximum per meal intake for carbs. Some atheletes may need over 1000g per day to replenish muscle glycogen and fuel the repair of muscle damage. Body size and training stimulus will determine your requirements. A 300 pound (lean) subject whom trains anaerobically at very high intensities will need far more than the mens health model curling the pink colored dumbells. Glucose use is dependant on many factors, but intense anaerobic training done frequently increases the need for glucose considerably when compared to a couch potato. Generally, for bulking, 2.5-3g per pound of carbs per day works for most. The more muscle you have the more glycogen you are able to store, and theoretically need due to very intense training. Thus the bigger you get, the more you will need to eat.

I am bulking right now and after experimenting I like to keep my carbs at around 300 grams per day. I am 6'1'' 258 lbs right now and am currently on test and fina. When I raise my carbs to high I hold way to much water for my liking even though my weight will rise daily, but it isn't quality weight. By keeping my carbs moderate and protein high I know my gains are quality gains instead of fat and water.Just find what works for you and you will be fine.
