How much can i expect to gain?

CLOMIDCLOWN

New member
Assuming I have 6000 calories a day and 340 grams of protein, how many pounds can i expect to gain on my first cycle below? Should I up the deca to 400mg/week?

Dbol 25mg/day week 1-4
Sus 500mg/week weeks 1-8
Deca 200mg/week week 1-8

Is it unreasonable if I train MWF for 1.5 hours, training every body part 3 times in same week during this cycle?

-thanks for any help here

god son,you need to give your muscles time to rest. take a step back and learn what works for your body first,if you can train like that and gain without drugs then yes by all means do it while on, but you should already know how your body works before you consider juice,as its just a tool to step up what you already know

and a 6000k diet you will probably put on alot of fat because I doubt its clean and almost 5000k will be fat and carbs which isnt a good idea for staying lean

each meal would have:
60gm protein, 22gm fat, 140gm carbs. (approx 998 calories per meal)

I doubt i could do that type of workout i mentioned now, but with the drugs it should be possible shouldnt it, i am taking some strong stuff.

maybe i should ask a mod how they would recommend training

You will gain exactly 23.67lbs by my calculations.

J/K Bro but seriously there is no way to even begin to estimate how much you will gain. Could be 10 or might be 30. Eat everything, train like a demon and research your PCT plan etensively and hopefully you'll come away keeping at least 15lbs when all's said and done.

damn i was hoping to gain like 30 lbs, is that rediculous?
Im doing pct through a doctor, swale.
maybe i should just eat everything every two hours and forget about the macros.

My first cycle I gained 29lbs and kept 20. I ran 500mg sus + 200mg test cyp/week for 6 weeks then ran some NPP at 400mg/week with winstrol 50mgeod for 4 weeks.

30 lbs. of muscle isn't going to happen. 15 LBM is really pushing it, I mean your body can only build muscle so fast. 30 lbs. is feasible if you include a whole lot of fat. BTW I train 2 hours/day 6 days a week while on, 1.5 hours/day 6 days a week off.

you recover faster on gear but not enough to lift each muscle 3 times a week,I still only work it once a week while on, remember its what you do out of the gym that makes you grow aswell, rest and diet are key,and I dont think that diet is a good one, mixing fats and carbs isnt the best idea

I have it soI am eating carbs and prot or prot and fat,not all three

Mr Black, you are saying "eat everything" while The Oak01 says 6000 calories is too much....I always thought so that calorific intake should go up whilst on gear and obviously to get to 5000-6000 cals a day is practically impossible eating clean....so what should one do?

To wolf down 6000 calories is pretty close to impossible espcially for a newbie. 5000 might be attainable with the use a pretty strict diet and numerous shakes. Don't worry about some the calories coming from fat you can always lose that later.

30lbs is attainable as far as net gains are concerned, but to keep more than 20lbs and all LBM is tough. I pretty much kept 20lb lbm after my first cycle and my %BF actually dropped. Each successive cycle yields less and less gains with much more work and dedication to achieve them.

ya need to be steady but percise I have small gains so far because I have did not eat enough from dbol...so be care with your stomach flora...and for training train everything once a week...any more is overtrain..even when on roids...your intense workouts will hit it hard enough to bulk nutrition and sleep is more key.

thanks for the tips guys!
im 21, male, 6 foot 1 and 200lbs probably 15% bodyfat

Damn, you're stats are almost identical to mine.

anyways, you might look into HST (Hypertrophy Specific Training) over at the training board. OR type it into your search engine, if you want to exercise full body 3x week. I did that last year and had really good results.
I think its possible to gain 12-15 lbs of LBM in 10-12 weeks.

p.s. I would say that you will now hear a lot of age related comments. Which, I too, support. 21 you should have more than enough test to make things happen. But, ultimately, it's your body. Research, Listen, Learn.

good luck

Paulo,
so you really trained body parts 3x a week?
what was cycle like and how long did workouts last? ALSo what was your diet like?

Yes. That is what HST is all about. You don't train to failure, but to a certain number of reps, whle increasing the load every two weeks. Just like any regimine, some people have good results, some people don't like the feel of it. I like it a lot for a couple reasons.

One, I could go to work the next day and still be able to lift heavy piping assemblies and vessels (I am a stainless steel welder) without getting wiped out.
Two, I grew well on it. About 8-10 lbs of LBM in three months. Without gaining much fat due to my diet.

The workouts were almost an hour, most of the time.

I also would ride my mountain bike 2-3 times per week, so I didn't do a lot of leg work in the gym. lol.

My diet consisted of lean meats, protien shakes and minimal as possible amounts of processed foods.

I tried to eat about 4000 calories per day but I would cut back a little on days I didn't work out.

Keep in mind, I haven't touched steroids once in my life. I am 23 years old and I have plenty of test. So, I gain muscle pretty easy when I discipline myself. This also means I can offer little advice as far as cycles/PCT.

If you have further inquiries, feel free to ask.

Thanks. I thought you were an aas user, my mistake.
Yes i think hst is what i will do. i will do 1- reps for 4 weeks than 5 reps for 4 weeks emphasizing the negative portion of the lift.
You managed to work your whole body 3 times a week in under an hour a workout?

Noone can tell you how much to expect... your body reacts to chemicals differently than the next person ...

You could blow up ... or not see any results ... remember diet is VERY important.

Well, there are two sets per body group/part so yeah, I could get it done in an hour. I trust that you found the info about it. There are thousands of different programs, and endless debates. But its what I like best out of the ones I have tried.

Oh, about the AAS thing. Being that I posted in the anabolic board and have "on cycle" as my location, I can see how you might think that. lol. Which, the location, is actually referring to my avatar.
