How much Biotin?

Hi Guys

I've just ordered some Glucorell R and according to the directions, it's best to take Biotin with the capsules, but it doesn't state how much biotin.

Anyone have any ideas?

if you just ordered it, I beleive it comes with the Biotin in the capsules.

just checked my bottle:
500mcg of Biotin in each capsule!

I live in the UK and the AF Europe store doesn't sell the version with biotin added.
