How much % bf should lose weekly?

Hi guys,

I have been on clenbuterol at 60mcg for 13 days now and I am doing 2 - 30min sessions - per day...one in the morning with empty stomach, i take only 5gr BCAA's and one in the afternoon.
After the cardio sessions I take creatine, glutamine,BCAA's and whey isolate...I was 92kg and now I am 88.5kg, I lost 3.5kg in 13 days!!!!

My diet is super clean with low carbs (100gr daily) and high protein, 250gr daily...I wasn't doing any cardio before and this was a shock for my body...

I am lifting weights 4 days weekly 8-12 reps doing supersets....

my question: Is it possible that these 3.5kg I lost are only fat and water or I lost muscle too?? I have the same issue again and again that's why I took clen and high protein to protect my muscle. Please tell me your opinion. Did I lose muscle and if yes WHY?
I thought I was doing everything right

What can I do from hereon to continue losing only fat?

I'm thinking of stopping clen for 2 weeks and then going for a 2nd clen cycle...is this ok or do you recommend something else?

Thanks in advance guys..

it is logical and very very likely that if you are burning away fat taking those stims and with that cardio and fasting, then you are most certainly burning away muscle along with it.

if you have a ton of muscle on your frame you will lose more muscle as the body will want to get rid of it in a catabolic state. thats why bodybuilding is a constant war and challenge. and why 90% of people look like shit out there.

what is your bf%

i personally think clen is bit catabolic.. a good diet and some good supps will help

a nice normal cut of 1lb per week does a lot to help preserve muscle. ive lost more but you really need to watch things.. make sure your getting carbs in pre/post workout and plenty of protein throughout the day.

keep an eye on the mirror and keep an eye on how much weight is on the bar.. this is a very personal thing IMO

example.. after 'cutting' weight for years your body adjusts. it gets easier to drop some fat very easy if you are going from the same weight down to the same weight. you get very accustom to how you should eat, how you should train and everything else.

normally the first few times people 'cut' they mess up, get weak and burn up muscle...

if you are in this for the long haul slow and steady is always best..

w/ that said i think when you are at a 'higher' bf% like 16% you can lose a lot more weight while keeping muscle then someone who is at 8-10%

i personally dont believe in fasted cardio unless on anabolics... 3.5kg is a lot, chances are 2kg of that was just water
clen is good for its cortisol blocking abilities, i really dont think its a catabolic drug but as always its just an enhancement, the kitchen is king
60mcg a day? have you considered going a little higher im not sure how much good 60mcg is going to do
