Would 10mg ed (20mg eod) of nolva an be effective precautionary measure on 500mg of test cyp?

Maybe but once it is discontinued shit might hit the fan. You'd be better with arimidex if you really want to avoid gyno, something I doubt will happen with 500mg of test and nothing else.

I dont personally like nolva to much for gyno, like manny said things usually go back to the same shit (at least for me)no matter what the dosage. I found that with adex I prevent everything all together. Running adex at .5 - 1mg/d ( depending on your sensitivity to gyno) will be much better off.

I doubt you need any nolva at all. And a mg of a-dex a day may very well lower e too much since there won't be much aromtization from 500 mgs of cyp. PC herbs ought to keep you covered.

good advice. also you can take liquidex long after your cycle to prevent any crash. Heck i even take it while between cycle cause it make me feel good. note these are my actions and experiences, i am not expousing this activity-cheers
