Im going to hit up a fina(75mg eod)/winny (50mg ed) cycle in a few weeks, how much ALA per day is needed to keep my liver clean

600mg Ed should suffice quite nicely and go up to 1000mg if doseages of 17-aa's would increase.

IMO, run as much ALA as you can but keep the dosage at or below 4 g ED. 3 is great. I run 1.5 mg ED for 25 mg dbols ED.
