How many years have you been training for?

I have been training for 13 years on and off over those years because of schedule, fundings, injury and career.

I don't think that without an injury I will ever stop.

I've been lifting one and off for 30 years. I'm on year 6 of my current run. :)

If you mean lifting, I haven't really seriously lifted in nearly a year now.

If you mean exercising in general, for as long as I can remember. (which isn't saying much with my memory)

6 year run is reason to celebrate dude. That is a long run for the weights you be pushing. Major Props.

10 years of continuous training, in the 10 years I maybe have missed a total of 2 months due to time off/injuries.

Sweet. That shows how intelligent training can pay off. You and Woody are my freaking idols. Elite Idols. muhwah ha ha ha.

apathy from bouts of depression

That sucks ass. The mental aspect of training is a huge part to us, that has got to be one thing I hope I never have to go through.

I'd rather have a physical injury. Props Deus.

Deadly combo. I could still kick your ass over the internet though.

It kinda blows training for both though sometimes.

You have to keep a balance and not get to big or you'll fuck up you center of gravity.

first started training regularly at the end of 1997, and kept up with it through 2000 (with some down time here and there), but i never got anywhere. started all over in nov 2002 and have made some progress, but i went nowhere for 6 months because i started running and got tired of eating all day. eating is still my biggest concern. if i don't do it, i don't gain strength, which is really what i care about.
