How many times per week while ON?

I have always lifted 1 body part per day, each body part once per 7 days. I feel like I can do certain muscle groups such as chest more than once a week while on but dont want to over train, anyone else lift everything twice per week.
 
if im in a high caloric enviroment even w/out juice i will train twice per week. once in the begining and once by the near end then rotate
 
sometimes I do 2x per week, but it's rare.....I do 1 heavy workout and one light, just to pump some blood into the area.
 
i am trying something new, i want to see how my body will react to it. I will lift chest heavy on Mondays and then on friday do 3 quick heavy sets, 1st set being 8 reps. rotating between flat bench one week, the next incline, the next flys.
