Here's an easy way to do the numbers:

Current number of times/month you have sex = x

Once married, divide by two.

For first kid, divide by two.

Then for each kid thereafter, divide by two again.

So for example, if you are having sex 25 times/month...

Married = 12.5
First kid and married = 6.5
Second kid and married = 3.25
Third kid and married = 1.625
