how many times a day do u guys do number 2's on cycle

I take about 3 major shits a day. But I fart all day long. Toxic methane that could drop a Rhino in his tracks... It's the protein shakes....
I don't give a fuck..... I can clear out a Starbucks with one blast. It's FUN.

Also, my Dr. told me to keep an eye (OK, a quick glance) on the COLOR of your poop. If your poop is light carmel colored or lighter, it could be an indication of increased bilirubin. ie Liver problem. Blood work will confirm.

Your poop should be darkish brown, Tootsie roll-ish in color.

on cycle i eat so much and take in so much protein i shit like 5 or 6 times a day. Like clockwork to always at the same times.

After reading the topic to this thread I thought to myself "what in the world kind of question is that?" After the reading some of the responses I couldnt help but laugh.

What I wouldnt do to be young again.

Im glad to hear im not the only one going like 3 to 4 times a day...I was like damn get on steroids, eat like a horse and than take a dump all the damn time!! haha But at least i know its semi "normal" Oddly enough good post! i was going ot post somethign similar but never did
 
I guess it depends on how much your eating.

Are you cutting or bulking?

Either way this thread is funny as shit.

eat around 1 kg of chicken a day 500grams off steak 20 eggs 400 grams of fish veggies 4 shakes shit load of brown rice and oats
