Exactly... Depending on my cycle and given diet, it can be as low as 2 times a day, and at some points 4-5 times. Like errn247 mentioned about fiber, you gotta have enough per day.
If I'm eating a consistent really 'large balanced' diet with fresh veggies, fruits, etc, along with a ton of other food, proteins and a lot of H2O, I dump a lot per day. Just like a production factory in China making toxic products.
