Very debatable issue..............would like to hear some discussion on how many shakes is excessive.........Many bros alternate, solid, shake,solid, shake etc........nice plan, but that turns out to be 3+ shakes a day.........For me, if I have a myoplex mid-am, than a whey/flax pre-workout, a whey/gluco. post workout.........and a casein shake before bed, we're looking at 4 a day with only 2 whole food meals on most days......(with work, sometime I have to have a shake pre and post....and then another one before bed with nothing else other than peanuts.......) makes me worried..........
